Works with no signal at all

Scan. Sell. Repeat.

Inventory and point-of-sale built for a table at a card show. Stick a QR label on a sleeve, scan it when someone buys, take the money, move on. Every part of that works with your phone in aeroplane mode — because convention-hall wifi never does.

Free forever for 25 items. No card. Confirm your email and the first fourteen days are Pro.

How it works

Three steps, and the middle one takes a second

The whole design goal was a queue that does not form. Everything a sale needs is already on the phone before the buyer reaches the table.

Label it once

Add a card, print a QR sticker, put it on the sleeve. The code never changes and never gets reused, so a label printed last year still scans today.

Scan at the table

Point the camera, or use a barcode gun. The card, its price and its condition are on screen before the buyer has their wallet out.

Sell, and it is counted

One tap. Stock goes down, the sale is on the ledger with what you paid and what you made, filed under the right show.

Nothing here needs a connection. Your stock lives on the device, so scanning, selling and printing carry on through a dead zone, a flat hotspot or a hall with three bars and no throughput. When a signal comes back it syncs to your other devices on its own — and if it never comes back, you still close out the day.

What you get

Built for the specific mess of a card table

Know what you actually made

Record what you paid and QSekai ranks your shows by what they actually made — revenue, units and margin, side by side — so you can tell which events are worth the table fee and which are costing you a weekend.

Labels that fit your printer

Any roll size to the half-millimetre, three layouts, and control over every field that prints. Brother, Rollo, Munbyn, Dymo, Zebra — seven stock sizes ready to go, or type your own.

Two people, one table

Give staff their own login. They sell from their own phone against the same live stock, and your billing and subscription stay yours alone.

Your data stays yours

Full JSON backup on every plan, including free, and CSV export from Basic up. Cancel and your inventory, your sales history and every QR code you printed keep working.

Pricing

Priced against a table fee, not a subscription budget

A weekend table costs €50–200. This is the thing that tells you whether you made it back. Yearly is two months free on every tier.

Set up before your next show

Signing up takes a minute and costs nothing. After that QSekai runs with no connection at all — which is the whole point of it.
